All sales are final.

Returns are only accepted where the product received is incorrect or has been damaged during delivery.

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receiving it and report any incorrect or damaged products immediately upon receipt.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product and arrange the appropriate replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order.

Please provide photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging, together with your order number.

Once the damage has been verified, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps.

We do not accept returns or refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind after placing or paying for an order.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been paid for and submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded at the customer’s request.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or for products that have been correctly supplied in accordance with the customer’s order.

Where a refund is approved, The Peptide Co will process the applicable refund in accordance with the circumstances of the order.

The time for a refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Customers are responsible for checking their order immediately upon delivery.

Any incorrect or damaged product must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Please do not dispose of or use a product that you believe was delivered incorrectly or damaged before contacting us.
