Order Processing
All orders where payment is received and reflects by 5:00 PM will be processed and handed over to the courier for delivery the following business day.
Orders placed and paid after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day and dispatched the day after, where applicable.
Friday Deliveries
Please note that pens are not dispatched on Fridays.
- Vials: Friday dispatch is available.
- Pens: Orders for pens placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Courier & Delivery Fee
We use a courier service for deliveries throughout South Africa.
Flat-rate delivery fee: R170
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s route, destination and delivery schedule. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier’s delivery times.
Farm & Remote Areas
If you live on a farm or in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether delivery is available to your area and make alternative delivery arrangements if necessary.
